Login account issues

If you try to login with a phone number and get the message “This phone number is not registered with us”. That means the phone number you used to login has not been registered with AFA app. Please use the correct phone number to register for a new account.

If you forget your account password and want to create a new one, tap on “Forgot Password” and follow the steps below:

  1. Enter the phone number linked with your account
  2. A verification code will be sent to that phone number
  3. Enter the verification code
  4. Reset your password

If your number that has been registered with AFA is lost / damaged, please bring it to the operator’s service center (for example: GraPARI Telkomsel, Indosat Outlet, XL Center, etc.) so that the number can be updated.

AFA Pay balance, AFA points, and rewards that already exists in your previous account will be lost if you enter / login with a number that has never been registered (on the same mobile device).

If you would like to use a new phone number for an existing account, you can update your phone number on your AFA account by following these steps below:

  1. Go to User Profile, click on Edit button (top right)
  2. Change the phone number
  3. A verification code will be sent to the new phone number
  4. Enter the verification code
  5. From now on, you can use this new phone number to log in your account.
